Sunny Coast LAN is a team of 6 computer/network enthusiests based on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. We enjoy organising local area network (LAN) meets for like minded gamers on a monthly basis. We have been running now for about a year and a half, starting out with 10 attendees, and have grown now to 50 regulars, with a maximum of 70 attendees. Our goal is to achieve100-150 regulars in the future. While we are currently based in Maroochydore, we also host a smaller LAN at Nambour on alternative weekends for gamers who are unable to attend our main event. With the help of our sponsors PcPlace, Albatron, and Netgear were taking it that one step further for our gamers here on the Sunshine Coast.

First of all, I would like to thank my wife Hellen, for all her input and support for Sunny Coast LAN. Without her, Sunny Coast LAN wouldn't be where it is today. A big thanks goes to Rohan Wilschefski aswell, who was the initial founder of Sunny Coast LAN.
